I'm trying to work up a story based on this image:
A guy goes up to the slopes with some female friends. After some late night drinking, they convince him to dress up for a costume party and they help him with fake boobs, wig, makeup and a sexy snow bunny outfit. However, there is no party and 'she' realizes they've used glue to stick her into the costume. They give her a series of tasks she has to perform before they'll help her change back or leave. One of those tasks is a ski lesson with an instructor who is a notorious womanizer.
